Muscle & Tendon Problems

Treating Strains, Sprains, and Overuse Injuries
Muscle and tendon problems in the feet and ankles—such as tendonitis, strains, or overuse injuries—are common. They can cause pain, swelling, weakness, and limited movement. These issues often happen from repeated stress, poor foot alignment, or a sudden injury. We provide thorough evaluations to find the cause of your pain. Treatment plans may include rest, physical therapy, stretching, custom orthotics, or other supportive therapies. Our goal is to reduce pain, improve function, and stop the problem from coming back. Whether you’re a runner, a busy worker, or just dealing with daily foot pain, we’re here to help you heal and stay active
Haglund’s Deformity
Haglund’s Deformity is a bony enlargement of the back of the heel bone. Sometimes it’s called “pump bump” because the deformity often occurs in women who wear pumps.
Heel Pain
The heel bone is the largest of the 26 bones in the human foot. Like all bones, it is subject to outside influences that can affect its integrity and cause heel pain.
Tendinitis
Tendinitis is the inflammation of a tendon. Achilles tendinitis, or an inflammation of the Achilles tendon, is one of the most common causes of foot or ankle pain.
